EMPLOYEES
The team of employees at the Haus der Diakonie Wehr-Öflingen is diverse, multi-professional and international. In a committed collaboration, the employees in the shared apartments, the day care center, the caretaker's office, the kitchen, the laundry and the administration support the residents directly and indirectly in living their lives and provide impulses for development.
Specialists from the fields of special needs care, remedial education, (social) education, social work, health, nursing and geriatric care, art and music therapists, artists and career changers work in direct assistance.
The team is characterized by flat hierarchies, openness, solution orientation, high level of expertise and the joy of working together in solidarity. Regular specialist consultations, needs-based supervision and participation in training courses strengthen the creative vitality of the team.
The elected employee representatives are in regular and committed communication with management.
